Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received to be eligible for a return.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Submit a return request with your order details.
2. Once approved, you will receive a return address and further instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
