James The Gaggimate pro is an amazing upgrade to the gaggia classic machine.
Adding reliability and stability with brewing variables makes brewing and steaming an extremely easy and repeatable.
Customer support is extremely helpful and were able to assist with the issues I ran into during installation.
Amazing community support in the discord server is also super helpful and is a fun bonus adding to the experience.
If you’re still deciding to take the plunge and upgrade or not, I’d highly recommend taking the plunge and going for it!
