Great! Adds temperature and preinfusion/bloom control to the Rancilio Silvia. Option to decrease the pump power allows a slower ramp up but without the pressure transducer of the pro, we won't have any pressure information. A Bookoo scale gives information on flow and ability to brew by weight. Took me about 2 hours to build it as the documentation or videos on Rancilio is poor compared to the Gaggia. The schematic for LV wiring is different from the documentation. For example, the brew switch green wire should go to C2 which is the orange wire but in the schematic, it shows it goes to the black wire. Likewise for the Steam switch. Functionally, I suspect it does not matter as we are using half the double pole switch to function as single pole. I hope this gets corrected in the schematic. Labelling S1 to S4 and C1 to C4 in the schematic with the correct wiring colour would add clarity to a first time builder.
This board is one of the most powerful to control your Gaggia Classic. My 11 year old Gaggia has a new lease on life now that I have this installed. Looking forward to the continued development and updates that the team are making to the firmware.
